New Online Banking is here!
Central State Bank has launched enhanced Online Banking, including Mobile Remote Deposit. With our new and improved platform, you can easily manage your finances anytime, anywhere—with an easy-to-use, more intuitive interface.
Here’s what you need to know:
Your Username and Password are the same. The first time you log in to the new platform, you’ll need to obtain a one-time secure access code via phone. To make sure you can receive your secure access code, please let us know if your phone number has changed. Once you register your computer or other device, this step will not be needed.
Online Bill Pay. Your payees and scheduled payments will transfer to the new platform, and payments will be made as arranged. Unfortunately, e-bills will not carry over and will need to be reentered into the new system.
Updated Mobile Banking App. The current Central State Bank app was deactivated on June 14 and will no longer work. Starting June 21, you can download our new app for free from the iTunes or Android store. (To avoid confusion, please delete the previous version of the app before downloading the new one.)
FinanceWorks. FinanceWorks will be replaced with a powerful integrated personal financial manager, accessible both in your browser and through the free, easy-to-use mobile banking app. We will notify you as soon as this new feature is available, likely later this summer.
NEW FEATURE! Mobile Remote Deposit
Use your phone or tablet to take a picture of a check and directly deposit it into your account. Register for Remote Deposit via the new Mobile Banking app or from within our new Online Banking.
Transfers. Recurring transfers will carry over into the new system, but should be reviewed for accuracy. Popmoney will no longer be available.
Quicken/QuickBooks. If you are a Direct Connect user, this feature will no longer be available. However, using Intuit Web Connect you can download a file from Online Banking to update your transactions and account balances in Quicken or QuickBooks. If you’d like assistance with using Web Connect, please visit our website for detailed instructions or contact Sue Fischer at (231) 352-9691.
If you have any questions, please contact your local office or call us at (231) 882-4462. We look forward to providing you with an even better Online Banking experience!
