Begin by entering your temporary User ID and password. You will immediately be prompted to change your User ID and choose your online security settings. To change your password and other personal settings, click on “My Settings,” which is located in the upper right corner of each page.
After logging in to Online Banking, answers to many questions regarding account information, Bill Pay, transfers, and more can be found within the “Help” link found in the upper right corner of each page.
Your Online Banking session automatically times out after 10 minutes.
To receive eco-friendly and secure online statements (e-statements), click on “Online Statements” inside “Account Access” and accept the disclosure.
When you’ve finished your Online Banking session, always click the “Log Out/Exit” tab located on the main navigation bar.
