10th Annual Frankfort Rotary Community Revue
Plans are underway for the tenth annual Frankfort Rotary Community Revue Talent Show which is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 11, 2012 at the Benzie Central High School Auditorium.
This year's theme, "A Decade of Revue" will showcase some returning performers and some new talent as well. The audience will be entertained by local trio, "Triple Shot" during the half hour preshow which begins at 6:30pm. A returning crowd favorite is the Central State Bank "Chicken Fried Chicks" who will perform a couple of humorous commercials to promote the August 4th, 2012 Rotary Chicken BBQ.
The Community Revue is a variety show featuring local area talent of all ages. "Each year the Revue takes on a life and personality of its own," said Revue Chairman, Lindy Evans. "Even with some returning veteran performers, no two Rotary Revue's have been the same."
Tickets are $5.00 each and are available for purchase now at Central State Bank in Benzonia and Beulah. Proceeds from the Revue benefit the Willoughby Rotary Foundation, a tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
